One of the most common adaptations we provide is replacing baths with level-access showers, making bathing safer and more manageable. We also offer a variety of other home modifications designed to improve accessibility and simplify daily life. From rapid ‘home from hospital’ installations to long-term solutions, including low-threshold UPVC doors, ramps, steps and even widen doors; we’re here to help make your home work for you. We believe that accessibility is not just a necessity but an opportunity to enhance functionality, comfort, and design. Whether it’s a minor adjustment like installing a grab rail or a full-scale adaptation such as a wetroom, we approach every project with the same commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

At Nexus Adapt, our mission is to make homes safer, more accessible, and better suited to the needs of the elderly, those with disabilities, and individuals who require additional support. We specialise in a range of home adaptations, from simple modifications like grab rails and level-access showers to large-scale projects such as garden annexes, self-contained interior pods, and complex building conversions. No matter the size of the job, our team is committed to delivering high-quality solutions with minimal disruption to your daily life and within budget.
We’ve built our reputation on transparency, trust, and honesty. Collaborating closely with occupational therapists (OTs), we ensure that every adaptation provides maximum benefit, avoiding unnecessary changes. It’s this approach that has earned us frequent referrals from OTs, case managers, care companies, solicitors, and other professionals in the care sector. However, the majority of our work comes from word-of-mouth recommendations, and we’re incredibly grateful to our clients for spreading the word.
